Terms of return: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, and within 7 days for any other reasons. Unfortunately, there will be no returns on commissioned pieces.
State of return: All products must be returned as new and in an unused condition.
Reason for return: Damaged or wrong product.
Process for return: Please contact us by email, letting us know the reason for you wanting to return the item.
Process of refund: If your reason for return is a change of mind, then you will be charged the delivery cost for collection.
